CEO & Partner
Jacob has his entire career worked within the Spanish property sector. For many years as a real estate agent, always with a big interest for architecture. When presented with the opportunity to make be a director of a joint venture company for building 10 luxury villas, he jumped right on board. Since then he has been involved in many luxury developments and studied Interior Architecture along side.
Asunción Pérez Arquez
Construction Manager
Having worked her entire career within the new-built construction sector, she has gathered a vast experience. She is our internal quality control, and visits and documents the construction sites, as well as lead weekly meetings with architects, constructor and other parties involved. With a sharp eye for planning, technical plans and execution has gained a great respect within our collaboration partners.
Benedicte N. Meyer
Marketing & Sales
Holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Marketing with over 10 years of experience in the real estate sector. Her deep expertise in financial analysis and marketing strategies has driven her success in this field. Fluent in Danish, English, Spanish, and French, Benedicte navigates international markets with ease.
Carlos Lamas
Architect
Established and highly-respected Argentinean architect in Marbella locally and internationally known as one of the best and most forward-thinking architects in Southern Spain with an impressive portfolio of contemporary houses, urbanisations and public buildings to his name. Carlos’s work has been featured in both national and international press, publications and architectural magazines.
Henning Jørgensen
President & Partner
Henning has since the early 80’s worked within the construction industry in Europe, and has together with his wife Lise Jørgensen created the biggest company (Badelement) within the Modular bathroom industry in Denmark. Henning has a great vision for architecture, spaces and decoration. With his great experience within the industry, Henning has a firm and steady hand when bigger decisions needs to be made.
Lise Jørgensen
Partner
Has worked the great majority of her career within the Modular bathroom industry. Together with her husband, Henning Jørgensen, they have created the biggest company (Badelement) within the Modular bathroom industry in Denmark. Lise has been the director of the drawing department of the company, and not even the smallest millimetre misses her eyes.

Lise and Henning Jørgensen
has been producing pre-fabricated bathrooms for more than 40 years, and is today producing more than 10.000 bathrooms per year. They have created an investment company, Højmarksvej Holding, which is the primary investor in Green Estates SL. Højmarksvej Holding has a high standard on their investments and development projects.

Jacob Laugesen
has been in the Spanish property sector since 2006, working as a real estate agent and with some of the biggest developers in the area of Costa Blanca/Costa Calida. In addition Jacob has a Masters degree in Interior design and Architechture from Barcelona Superior Design School.

is rapidly becoming one of the most sought after designer and render artists in Spain. With her fast understanding of the clients wishes, she creates spaces that not only look photo real, but also makes her clients eagering to move into their new homes.
